Hello! I’m Dr. Frank, and I’m excited to bring my unique dental journey and expertise to West 38th Dental. My path began at the University of California, San Diego, where I earned my undergraduate degree, followed by my dental education at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. These formative years laid the foundation for a career dedicated to excellence and compassionate care.
I spent 8 incredible years as a U.S. Navy dentist, providing care in diverse locations, including Japan (Iwakuni and Yokosuka) and Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, alongside the U.S. Marines. Before my Navy career, I participated in humanitarian missions to Timor-Leste, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras, experiences that deepened my passion for serving others through dentistry.
I’m also proud to be the first doctor in my family—a trailblazer dedicated to improving lives, one smile at a time. My commitment to lifelong learning has led me to pursue advanced training, including completing a year-long Biomimetic Mastership at the Alleman Center for Biomimetic Dentistry, where I refined techniques to conserve natural tooth structure, maximize bond strength, treat sensitivity, and restore severely broken-down teeth. Additionally, I completed the year-long AAID Maxicourse in implant dentistry and began the first two courses of the prestigious The Kois Center curriculum. These programs have shaped me into a well-rounded, science-driven dentist focused on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
At West 38th Dental, my goal is to combine my global experience and ongoing education to offer comprehensive dentistry that makes a difference. Whether you’re seeking preventive care or restorative solutions, I’m here to help you achieve a healthier, happier smile.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me enjoying a good ol' cup of joe, working out to stay energized, shooting hoops on the basketball court, exploring new countries and cuisines with my wife, or chasing the perfect sunset. Dentistry may be my passion, but life’s adventures (and a great espresso) keep me inspired every day.
